***KC Morning Guidelines:

  • Announcements to be published must have a clear and direct connection to the College (i.e., Keystone College sponsored event, student project, etc.).
     
  • Editors reserve the right to adjust submitted copy for style and grammar without changing the meaning and purpose of the notice.
     
  • Announcements are limited to a maximum of 50 words. Editors reserve the right to make exceptions to this guideline based upon the importance of the announcement to the College community.
     
  • Announcements appear in KC Morning for three days prior to the event at the 50-word limit. A “save the date” announcement, limited to 25 words, can appear for two days at the time of submission at the request of the event organizer. Therefore, items can run a total of five times if requested by the individuals submitting the publicity request.
     
  • Deadline for submitting items is 12:30 p.m. the day before the item should run.
